What we collect
When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.
How we use it
We use contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you agree, to send occasional project updates. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Our site uses Calendly for booking (governed by Calendly's own privacy policy) and may use analytics tools to understand page traffic in aggregate. No personally identifiable analytics data is shared externally.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless an active project relationship requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing mayur.lunawat@htstechsolutions.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
